fantastic people to work with

Stopped to talk to Cindy about my fog light, hit a pheasant, she talked with parts and told me they can get the parts to replace the fog light! Didn't want to take my truck to a body shop because Watseka doesn't have one! Parts came in and made an appointment and I dropped off the truck and was done a couple of hours later!

Asked for oil and filter change and service department made extra effort to do just that. Everything was done in a very timely manner. Great, friendly, nice people. From top all the way down. service department very professional.

Had a loaner for 3 days while my new Colorado truck with 1100 miles was being repaired per tech bulletin P6101. Loaner truck was a very nice driving vehicle. Everyone at Dralle was professional.

They explained everything they needed to do and loan me a vehicle to drive while they were checking mine out

The service department has really improved a lot. I am sooo glad for this. Jake and Chuck have the front covered and now the back is getting there as well. So thank full.

Excellent service by professional technicians. I am very discouraged with the noise of the 2.7 turbo engine on my Colorado with 1053 miles. Someone needs to review tech bulletin 6101. And repair it.

Service department is really shaping up. It didn't use to be very good after Brad left. Things are coming around though. Mr. Martin is a great addition to the service department as well as Cindy.
